Shamita Shetty and Harman Baweja dating – Shilpa wants their marriage
Mumbai: Shamita Shetty and Harman Baweja have been dating each other since quite some time but now the rumors have started making the rounds of the media. The sources too have now made it confirm that the couple is in love and the dating has been going on. Shamita, the younger sister of Shilpa Shetty and Bollywood actress, has left movies few years back to pursue her career in interior designing. She knew that she could not make it big in acting as she was not a classy actress. She worked hard and tried her level best but slipping into film career being a worthy actress was not on her cards. Thus she took a good decision to leave the films and start a new career of interior designing. She has been doing great as an interior designer since she uses her Bollywood contacts and her Bollywood status fully and in return, business gets full boom.
Harman Baweja, who previously dated Priyanka Chopra, met Priyanka on the sets of his debut film ‘Love Story 2050’ which badly bombed at the box office. They started dating while the shooting of the film was going on. Post the film’s release, they parted their way. Harman too is the one actor who is now off to the movies. He did a few movies and all got flopped badly at the box office.
Harman and Shamita met each other when Shilpa Shetty’s production signed him for the film. From then the couple has been dating. Shilpa is quite happy with Shamita’s love with Harman and she wants that the younger sis too gets married soon and starts living a happy married life. Well, lets wait and see if Harman proves to be a loving hubby like Raj Kundra since he apparently does not seem to be the one who is presently interested in marriage.
Amrita Arora once again having a bun in her oven
Mumbai: Amrita Arora, once a super sexy and stunningly gorgeous with innocent smiling face Bollywood babe, is reportedly pregnant once again. Yes, she is having a bun in the oven for the second time. The babe had tied the knot with beau Shakeel Ladak, who is a big builder in India, way back in 2009. The marriage was a big bash which was attended by the who’s who of the Bollywood fraternity. Kareena Kapoor, who is the best buddy of Amu, had taken the special interest in the entire wedding. And she was even the one who looked after all things and managed the whole wedding of Amu in a lavish manner.
Amrita left the movies post her marriage in order to spend a quality and happy life with hubby Shakeel. Well, this was absolutely a good decision to leave the glittering world, which hardly the babes of Bollywood leave post the marriage, since when the babes continue with the ritzy business the clashes and the brawls can happen which can lead to destroy married life. There are a number of examples where the babes of the tinsel town did not leave the films and then the marriages broke. Amu did a great doing like Twinkle Khanna and both are now leading a healthy-happy married life.
Amrita’s elder sister Malaika Arora Khan continued the business of movies after her marriage. But she is spending good and happy married life since he husband Arbaaz Khan seems much supportive.
Amrita Arora is four months pregnant and she says that it was not planned to make a baby rather it was revealed two her after she got second month pregnant. She now wants a daughter since she is the mother of a two years old son Azaan. She likes to have daughter to complete her family. At Shilpa Shetty’s baby shower she came with her sister Malaika Arora and where she was spotted with the baby bump.
Parizad Kolah Marshall to deliver second baby soon
Mumbai: Parizad Kolah Marshall, the real beauty of the tinsel town, is pregnant these days. The ravishing-stunning-heart-hitting-breath-arresting-dimpled beauty Kolah is the girl who simply ceases the breath-flow with her attention-grabbing persona. Parizad is actually the lass who is laced with the poetic beauty.
Well, this gorgeous babe is pregnant with her second child and she is expected to deliver the baby soon. The dimpled gal is adamant to return to the screen post her delivery. Parizad already is the mother of a cute daughter. In December 2005, she had tied the knot with Navroze Marshall who runs Indian MNC Forbes Marshall Group.
Getting swathed with multiple talents, Kolah flaunts her adroit skills not only on the hosting front but also on other genres of entertainment such as modeling and acting. She rose to fame with modeling and hosting of the show. Her show on sports aired on Ten Sports, which she hosted many years back, put her into true limelight making her a real icon among the masses. Her bubbly hosting skills and alluring beauty simply dragged the people off their feet. Her modeling shot the gal to the super heights of fame.
Kolah, since she is supremely beautiful and a true heroine material, is always offered the movie and she even did a movie ‘Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon’, a Rajshri Production. Parizad did the prominent role of Kareena Kapoor’s friend in the film, which was much liked by the critics and the audiences. She is even conferred with the leading actress roles but she is not interested in movies’ business at all, as she loves hosting shows and modeling.
Her show on Star ‘The Great Indian Laughter’ made her the household name. She dolled up many seasons of the show grabbing mammoth likings of the fans rather multiplying millions of fans in India and abroad. Parizad’s filmy show ‘Zoom TV’, which she did few years ago, added sparkles to her already giant fame. The music videos, Kolah enacted in, raised her popularity level to further heights.
The central attraction of the media and entertainment world Prizad Kolah Marshall has also done the shows out of India and that shows her international fame and fan base in the world. She has been away from the screen since quite some time, but she will soon hit the space after her delivery, as the entertainment world mesmerizes her all the time and fans miss her a lot.

Rowdy Rathore expected to hit Theaters on the 15th of June 2012
Rowdy Rathore, which marks the return of Akshay Kumar in the action field, is a remake of the Telugu movie Vikramarkudu. The film went on the floors on 10th august 2011. The movie has been promoted in a unique manner, wherein posters of lead actors were painted by street painters. The street painters took 4 hours to carve these posters out, while Akshay and Sonakshi were made to stand and pose for the posters. All the 4 posters designed by the painters, have been released as the film’s first look posters. Prabhudeva has directed this action caper after his previous action blockbuster Wanted.
Sources have credited Sanjay Leela Bhansali with this idea, as the renowned director intends to bring back the creative idea of poster painting back to bollywood. The posters have generated a huge response from the audience for its innovative approach already.
The poster also shows Akshay sporting a moustache. Akshay has sported a moustache look for films such as Sabse Bada Khiladi, Sangharsh and Chandni Chowk to China.
The plot of the movie revolves around a thief played by Akshay Kumar, who gets wrongly judged by a girl as her father. The thief then gets to know that he resembles the girl’s father, IPS officer Rathore who has been killed. The rest of the story is based on how the thief extracts revenge on those responsible for IPS officer Rathore’s death. Akshay Kumar is seen a double role in the movie.
The film was in the news recently, when it was reported that Akshay Kumar was almost wounded by a bullet while shooting. The amount of gunpowder used in the bullets was slightly higher than the normal level and it apparently could have rsulted in a very serious injury for Akshay. Akshay managed to escape with no harm done incidently, but the action director Mahindre Verma apologized to Akshay profoundly for the incident.
Rowdy Rathore is expected to hit the theatres on 15th June 2012. The film has already gained a lot of publicity thanks to a lot of advertisement in the media and on social networking sites. Lets hope that this return to action genre proves to be a successful one for Akshay Kumar.
Rowdy Rathore brings Kumar Sanu back to mainstream
The king of melodies and the most successful Bollywood singer of the 1990s – Kumar Sanu – is back in action to entertain us again! His voice sounds fresh and energetic in the foot-tapping number “Chhammak Chhallo, Chhail Chhabili” from Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Rowdy Rathore, starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha, slated for June 2012 release.
Listen to Kumar Sanu’s melodious duet with Shreya Ghosal written by Faiz Anwar and composed by Sajid-Wajid, and you’ll be immediately transported to those good old days of the melodious nineties!
Long ago, Sanu and Sanjay Leela Bhansali teamed up in hit films such as Khamoshi: the Musical (1996) in which he sang “Aankhon Mein Kya” and “Aaj Main Upar, Aasman Niche” with Jatin-Lalit and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) famous for the award-winning “Aankhon Ki Ghustaqian Maaf Hon” under the baton of Ismail Darbar. Sanu’s Rowdy Rathore reappearance comes shortly after Ejaz Ahmed’s Who’s There (2011) in which Sanu sang the solo “Sili Sili Sargoshi Mein” followed by Sunidhi Chauhan. He has also lent his voice to The Weekend and a few other Bollywood films awaiting release this year.
The most ubiquitous male voice of the 1990s, Kumar Sanu, was the busiest singer of his generation. After more than a decade, he is still quite busy recording multiple Hindi as well as regional songs every week, he tells me. In fact, according to him, there are over 50 Bollywood and regional films in the pipeline in which he has lent his voice that are yet to be released. Refuting all talks about his complete disappearance from the music scene, Sanu aks, “Who says, I’m not a busy artiste?” His live shows in Indian cities, towns and mofussils are still a rage, and he continues to be among the most popular singers among the South Asian diaspora around the world.
Sanu is easily one of the world’s most recorded vocal artistes with over 17,000 songs under his belt. He not only has a Guinness Book world record for recording the most number of songs in a single day, but also a number of Limca Book national records. After a long hiatus, music directors are willing to hear him out for the songs of this generation. After all, melody never dies. Sanu laments the loss of melody in contemporary Hindi film music, and says that even good singers of today are confused as they are not able to establish their own style unlike the stalwarts of yesteryears – Rafi-Mukesh-Kishore or Manna-Yesudas-Bhupinder et al. Sanu is proud that he was the trailblazer of a new style – coming out of the Kishore Kumar mould and giving the Bollywood music industry a singing superstar that still shines bright. Even to this day, his fan following never seems to cease, especially in small-town India. They are look forward to revival of the Kumar Sanu-style by none other than their favorite singer himself!
Kumar Sanu’s soulful singing ushered in an era of melody even as he produced innumerable songs that soothed our senses. No wonder some of his songs like “Jab Koyee Baat Bigad Jaye” are currently being used in music therapy sessions for cancer patients in Mumbai, as he himself recently discovered. Kumar Sanu hopes to come back often as he eagerly awaits the return of melody to the music of our movies.
Prabhudeva did not want Sonakshi to expose in his film?
Looks like South film industry’s star choreographer-turned-director Prabhudheva is now gearing up to woo the Hindi film industry too. After breaking numerous records with his 2009 flick Wanted which starred Salman Khan, Prabhudheva is all ready to release his next- Rowdy Rathore with Akshay Kumar Sonakshi Sinha as the lead pair. The man acknowledges that there has been a marked difference in his life post the success of Wanted. After the widespread positive response Wanted got, Prabhudheva is now viewed not only as a choreographer, but a successful director too. Justifiably, the director has become busier as his visits to the B Town get more frequent. Though, he makes clear that he does not want to shift base to Mumbai already.
With many offers coming his way, Prabhudheva has his hands full and is going to make a film for Eros, and one for Tips. In fact, he is being considered an important factor in the revitalization of the action genre in Bollywood. However, the man himself humbly denies any such claim stating he is only a small part of this revival. Proving his mettle with the high-end action scenes in Wanted, he has everyone waiting eagerly the release of Rowdy Rathore.
Speaking about his latest film, Prabhudheva is all praises about the leading pair and says that both Akshay and Sonakshi were “tailor-made” for their respective roles. Addressing the controversy about Sonakshi having reservations with exposing, Prabhudheva rubbishes the rumor saying that on the contrary they too were happy as they also did not want to expose.
On the topic of having Sanjay Leela BHansali as his producer, Prabhudheva says he is a great man to work with and that he did not interfere in the film much other than suggesting the title ‘Rowdy Rathore’.
Prabhudheva insists that he is essentially a creative man and that only drew him to directing in spite of having a very successful spell as choreographer to his credit. He believes there is more creativity involved in direction. However, he wishes to do both balancing his time and dates optimally.
‘Rowdy’ Organisers Drive Auto Wallas Up The Wall
Nowadays production companies go to any extent to promote their films but making others pay for it seems unfair.
It has been learnt that UTV, the production company producing Rowdy Rathore, had booked about 35 auto rickshaws for a rally. The media had been informed that the promotional event was to start at about 4.30 pm behind the Lokhandwala Complex. Inexplicably the auto rickshaws were asked to come by 6 am by the production house.
The event, organized to promote what is being touted as the next big hit of 2012, did not start till 5.30 in the evening. The auto drivers were made to wait for the entire day in the scorching heat without proper arrangements for food and drinking water. This kind of inefficiency was certainly not expected from UTV, one of the biggest production houses of the country.
A fuming and visibly irritated auto driver complained that though the event was not supposed to start till 4.30 he was was asked to arrive by 7 am. He said that they had to wait for the entire day in the burning Mumbai heat. The only thing that the production house had to do was put up posters on their auto rickshaws, which they could have completed even if the auto wallas would have arrived later during the day.
According to another auto walla to make things even worse the production company paid the auto drivers less. According to him, the average amount earned by them per day is around Rs.1200 while UTV managed to pay them only 800 bucks per auto driver. He continued to say that had they not been called so early in the morning they could have easily earned nearly 300 bucks more. A third auto driver went on to say that this was not the first time they had been called upon by a production house for a shoot or a promotional event. The earlier experiences were not half as bad as this one as they has always been provided with the basic amenities, namely food and drinking water.
The auto wallas had to spend their own money to get some food and water for themselves as the production company did not seem bothered by their collective complaints. He said that they had not expected such unsympathetic behaviour from the production house and that they will think twice before agreeing to attend such promotional events again in the future.
Another auto walla said that he had reached the venue by 7.30 in the morning and had been waiting since then in the heat. The production company refused to arrange for either food or drinking water. So they had to arrange for food and water themselves. He went on to say that had he known that the event was scheduled to start at 4.30 in the afternoon he would have reached the venue much later. This experience will surely leave a bitter taste in his mouth. The production house refused to comment on this matter.
